Recruitment Poster Terms and Conditions

The candidate must be placed in a permanent role by Omni Facilities Management Ltd,
They must remain employed with the company for a minimum period of 3 months or till completion of probation, whichever is later.
The referee should not have been employed by Omni Facilities Management Ltd prior to their referral by yourself.
We are not liable to award the bonus if any information provided is found to be incorrect.
Awarded Bonus is not redeemable for cash.
The Referee should list the name of the Referrer via the online application process when registering/applying for the role. Failing to do so will result in the referral bonus not being paid.
Only the referrer will be eligible for the “Refer a Friend” bonus if all the above terms are met.
Head Housekeepers are only eligible for this scheme if they refer friends and family to work in other locations (not including the hotel/primary location of their work).
