The contract includes a comprehensive range of services such as housekeeping, public area cleaning, linen management, and cobotics. Omni FM will focus on providing a bespoke service that meets edyn’s unique needs. The commencement of the contract involved a crucial phase in providing mobilisation support to edyn. With their exceptional coordination and efficiency, the Omni Group team successfully mobilised 15 sites in a single day, ensuring a seamless transition. This process, a cornerstone of any successful FM operations, was executed with a focus on maintaining visibility and open communication while also optimising the efficacy of the project management process. The successful and well-defined implementation is a testament to the collective efforts of various Omni departments, including HR, IT, HSE, Learning and Development, Finance, and Payroll.
